One shining example of this philosophy is Savanna, whose dedication, hard work, and commitment to growth have made her an inspiration to us all.
Savanna has been working in long-term care since 2006, bringing compassion, skill, and heart to every resident she serves. She began her journey with Highland Court as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), quickly earning the trust and respect of both residents and colleagues through her dedication to quality care.
Recognizing Savanna’s potential, Highland Court provided support for her professional growth. With our encouragement and resources, she pursued further education and became a Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C). Her drive, combined with the guidance of our administrative team, recently led to another milestone: she was recommended for the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program through AHCA, and we are thrilled to announce that she has been officially accepted.
Savanna’s achievements highlight the power of support, opportunity, and determination. Her journey demonstrates that career growth in long-term care is possible with dedication and guidance. Each step forward benefits not only her own career but also the residents she cares for and the entire Highland Court community.
