At Highland Court Rehabilitation and Resident Care Facility, one thing is always sure: we love our crafts and activities. This September has been full of creativity, laughter, and a little friendly competition, and we couldn’t be prouder of our residents and staff.
Our residents have been busy making the cutest pumpkin hangers to welcome the fall season. The creativity flowing through our halls is truly inspiring. And if that wasn’t impressive enough, many have been learning how to hand crochet, and let us tell you, the talent is insane. Our residents are proving that it’s never too late to learn something new.
One of the most exciting days this month was our Poker Walk, where residents and staff walked, laughed, and competed to build the best poker hand. The energy was high and the competition fierce. A huge congratulations to our resident, Mrs. Pat, who won with a fabulous hand of 3 Queens, and to our staff member, Kristen, who matched the excitement with 3 Jacks. Way to go, ladies!
We love seeing our Highland Court family come together to celebrate the seasons, share talents, and enjoy each other’s company.
